Straight from the Philadelphia, "Philly Steaks" was created by Philly natives. Coming from a food upbringing, they took their family recipes and a dash of their home town know how, and headed out West. They had a mission to bring the authentic taste of Philadelphia to Albuquerque and add an East Coast flavor to the area!
Their tradition lives on with us, and with "Philly Steaks".
