A Family Affair
Straight from the Philadelphia area, Jim and Joe Lelii have been in the restaurant and catering business for over 25 years. With a passion for cooking and serving, Jimmy and Joey have owned a number of businesses over the years. Ready for a change of scenery, the twins have recently relocated to New Mexico with one goal in mind. That is, to bring the authentic taste of Philadelphia to Albuquerque and add an East Coast flavor to the area!
At Philly Steaks, we're all about quality. We work extremely hard to bring all of the right flavors of the Philadelphia area right to you. Our cheesesteaks are made with freshly sliced, imported rib eye steak then topped with cheese and onions. Our hoagies are made to order with freshly sliced meat, diced vegetables and topped with olive oil and oregano. You can't forget the bread we have freshly delivered from the bakery! With fair prices for a big bite, you can't beat us!
Dad Taught Us Everything
Jim and Joe's passion for food came to be because of their upbringing. Their father was in the restaurant business, so the twins grew up in the kitchen and learned the craft of creating the perfect hoagie and cheesesteak.
"Our father was in the deli and restaurant business for 40 years. Naturally, we followed in his footsteps. We opened our first restaurant when we were only 21 years old, and the magic grew from there."
